  • Registration is handled through the Palatine Park District. You will need to create an account if you do not already have one.
  • You may also register in person during regular business hours at Birchwood, Community Center, or Falcon.  For hours, addresses or questions, please see the PPD web site or call 847-991-0333.
  • You may also register by form drop-off. Complete the registration form [Baseball or Softball], put it in an envelope with the appropriate payment and deposit the envelope in an after hours registration bin located outside the entrance at Birchwood, Community Center, or Falcon facilities.


REGISTRATION CLOSES:

MARCH 7th, 2025 for ALL drafted leagues (2nd grade through 8th grade)

MARCH 16th, 2025 for Undrafted leagues (1st grade and younger)

MAY 3rd, 2025 for Highschool leagues (9th through 12th grade)

--------PCBS refund policy--------

Prior to registration deadline 100%

After registration but before draft 50% for drafted leagues

After registration but before picture day 50% for non-draft leagues

After draft 0% for drafted leagues

After picture day 0% for non-draft leagues

Regarding our refund policy, we do not provide refunds once the draft for said league has taken place.  This is because our program costs are front loaded and once a player takes a roster spot and uniforms are ordered, we've incurred our administrative and operational costs for the majority of the season.  It also puts a burden on our teams and managers to have vacant spots on their rosters.

*Registration age is based on the grade your child is entering school in the fall of 2024.

Fall baseball & softball is a casual league for kids (3rd grade - 12th grade) who love the game and wish to work on skills development. Programs will start the week of August 12th. Teams will typically have one practice and one game each week, with games on Saturdays. Games Start August 24th. The practice/game locations and times will vary and will be set by the league. The season wraps up October 19th-26th.
