Grab your squad and step up to the plate — PCBS is bringing a brand-new tradition to Palatine this Memorial Day Weekend.
This is your chance to round up your friends, family, coworkers, or neighbors and compete in a
fun, community-first softball tournament right here in our hometown. Whether you played in high
school or haven’t picked up a bat in years, this event is for everyone.
Date: May 22 (Friday) and May 23, 2026 (Saturday)
Location: Community Park (250 E. Wood St., Palatine, IL)
Format: Coed community softball
Entry fee: $250 per team
Capacity: Only 16 team slots available — register early!

The Hometown Showdown is a full weekend experience. In addition to tournament games,
